Bella in Last Asylum: Plague

Published: 2026-10-24

Bella is an SSR Warrior Tank. She gets A+ from 3 of the 5 tier lists that cover her, though single ratings stretch from B to S. She swings a giant axe in the front row, cuts monster damage and weakens enemy attack. Bella is the standard stand-in for Arthur on a free-to-play account, and she stays useful as a second Tank after Arthur arrives. Do not mix her up with Bell, a UR Ranger Support.

Bella Stats

An SSR hero from the Warrior faction, Bella fills the tank role. At level 1 Bella has 3,135 HP, 17 DEF and 13 ATK, and a Command (CMD) of 50, the number of troops the hero leads. Maxing out means level 150 and all 50 star steps (10 full stars), which gives 1,967,947 HP, 11,181 DEF and 8,785 ATK, with CMD at 350. That puts Bella 8th of 31 heroes in HP, 16th in DEF and 29th in ATK. The weakest stat is ATK, a place among the last five of 31.

The table lists the hero's own stats from level and star upgrades. Ravens, gear and base buildings add to them in battle, which is why the full build reaches 773,500 power. Full-build power puts Bella 17th among 31 heroes. Level 150 on its own, before any star, gives 1,530,683 HP, 8,698 DEF and 6,834 ATK. Bella needs 10 shards to unlock and 975 more for the 50 star steps. In shard terms, 1 SSR Hero Omni Shard equals 1 hero shard. Full stars open the way into the Hall of Honor, with an honor level cap of 600.

Bella Skills

Bella fights at close range with one axe swing every 0.87 seconds. Two of her five skills cut monster damage, one hits everything in range and one is a plain auto attack, so the kit is built to hold the line against waves. Each row runs a skill from its level 1 value up to its level 40 value and names the star that upgrades it. The heroes list explains stars, skill levels and faction rules once for every hero.

Bloody Requiem hits targets in range for 459.27% to 1,312.2% ATK, grows to 2,886.84% with the upgrades at stars 10, 30 and 50, and lowers the ATK of the targets by 6% for 5 seconds. Crimson Prayer cuts monster damage by 15.38% to 30% for 3 seconds, and the three star upgrades take it to 45%. Purity is always on and cuts it by a further 8.2% to 16%, up to 24%.

Skill Priority

Four of Bella's skills use Skill Badges. Rankings that give an order put the damage cut first, because holding the front line is her job. The numbers back that up: Swing peaks at 514.8% ATK, while Bloody Requiem reaches 2,886.84%.

  1. Crimson Prayer. A short 5-second cooldown makes it the skill she uses most. It reaches 45% at star 45, which is the largest damage cut in her kit.
  2. Bloody Requiem. It carries most of her damage and the ATK debuff. Its extra damage steps at stars 10, 30 and 50 turn it into a real threat to groups.
  3. Purity. It is a steady cut with no cooldown, but it tops out at 24%, so it comes after the two active skills.
  4. Swing. It reaches 514.8% ATK at star 50 and is the last skill to level. Tenacity takes no badges at all.

When Bella Is Worth It

Bella is worth building whenever Arthur is not yet in your squad. Three of the 5 lists that rank her give A+, and single ratings run from B to S, so the opinions spread more than for most heroes. The high ratings come from lists that value her as the best free-to-play stand-in for Arthur. The one list that prefers Lucius also gives Bella its lowest rating.

The video below is a top 5 of free-to-play Warrior heroes, the pool that Bella belongs to, and it helps to place her next to the other cheap Warriors.

After Arthur arrives, Bella does not go to the bench. Pairing her with Arthur lets the two damage cuts stack, so she turns into the second Tank, and several rankings add that a fully built Bella can be more useful than an Arthur with few stars.

Bella Build

Bella has a short build path, since SSR heroes have no awakening and no exclusive weapon. Her stats come from hero level, stars and gear, and her skills come from stars and Skill Badges. Spend in this order.

  1. Stars. All 50 stars cost 975 shards. Skill upgrades land at stars 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 45, 50, and at star 40 the Tenacity bonus adds 10 percent to her ATK, HP and DEF.
  2. Skill levels. Badges unlock in steps: star 20 opens skill level 5, star 30 opens level 10 and star 40 opens level 20, so the stars set the pace.
  3. Gear. Gear adds flat stats on top of both. For the four gear slots and what each one costs, see the gear page.

Bella vs Lucius

Lucius is the other SSR Warrior Tank, with the same rarity, faction and role. Of the 5 lists that place both heroes, 4 rank Bella above Lucius and 1 prefers Lucius.

Lucius is the better pure striker with a stun, and his power is slightly higher. Bella has the damage cut on her active skill and the debuff on her top skill, which the lists favor in a front row. A player with both should field Bella first and keep Lucius for the second Tank slot or for the Warrior bonus in a full squad.

How to Get Bella

No waiting is involved: Bella appears in the hero list at the start, and collecting 10 Bella Shards unlocks her. Her fragments can also be exchanged in the Alliance Shop, so she does not depend on pull luck. Compare this with Bell, the UR Support who appears only after 69 days. The heroes list covers recruit tickets and Omni Shards.

Best Team for Bella

Bella stands in the front row, and every squad below uses her as the Tank or as the second Tank. A Warrior squad keeps its faction bonus with her in it.

No-UR squadBella, Greenwald, Claire, Stellar, GriffithFree-to-play accounts without UR heroes
Rat Swarm Defense and Rat KingArthur, Bella or Griffith, Stellar, Marlena, Greenwald or ClaireSurviving the waves and the boss

Bella with Greenwald and Stellar is a playable core that needs no UR hero: Bella holds the front, Greenwald deals the damage and Stellar heals. With Arthur on the team, Bella takes the second Tank slot behind him. For other modes, open the best team page, and check each partner's rating on the tier list.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Bella or Lucius better?

Bella wins on the lists. She averages A+ against B+ for Lucius, and 4 of the 5 lists that place both rank her higher. Lucius has 778,239 power against 773,500 for Bella, but Bella adds an ATK debuff to her top skill and a damage cut against monsters to her active skill. Lucius works as a placeholder until Arthur or Bella arrives.

What is the best Bella build?

Put shards into stars first, because stars upgrade every Bella skill and star 40 brings in Tenacity, which adds 10 percent ATK, HP and DEF. Then raise Crimson Prayer and Bloody Requiem with Skill Badges. Bella is SSR, so she has no awakening and no exclusive weapon, and her gear is the only extra layer.

Is Bella worth building?

Yes, especially without Arthur. The lists disagree more than usual, with ratings from B to S and A+ as the most common. She is the closest free-to-play stand-in for Arthur. Once you own Arthur she moves to the second Tank slot, so the shards you spend on her are not wasted.

Which Bella skill should I level first?

Level Crimson Prayer first, then Bloody Requiem, then Purity. Crimson Prayer recharges every 5 seconds and cuts monster damage by up to 45% at star 45. The auto attack Swing is the last skill worth badges, and Tenacity needs none, so the first resources belong to the two skills that hold the line.

How do I get Bella?

Bella is available from day one of a server, and 10 Bella Shards unlock her. Shards drop from Tavern recruitment and event rewards, and the Alliance Shop exchanges Bella fragments, so a plan to farm her does not hinge on pull luck. That makes her one of the most predictable hero targets for a new account.
