Celia in Last Asylum: Plague
Celia is an SSR Warrior Support. Two of the four tier lists that include her give her B+. She throws daggers every 0.5 seconds, faster than any other hero, and her passive raises the resources that monsters drop. Celia is free from the first day, so she is a Support that a new Warrior squad can start with, not one to keep.
Celia Stats
Celia belongs to the Warrior faction, has SSR rarity and plays as a support hero. At level 1 Celia has 1,782 HP, 20 ATK and 15 DEF, and a Command (CMD) of 50, the number of troops the hero leads. With level 150 and 50 star steps (10 full stars) done, Celia climbs to 1,118,152 HP, 13,098 ATK and 10,063 DEF, with 350 CMD. Ranked among all 31 heroes, Celia is 22nd in HP, 19th in ATK and 21st in DEF. Of the three, ATK stands highest and HP lowest.
The table lists the hero's own stats from level and star upgrades. Gear, base buildings and Ravens add to them in battle, which is why the full build reaches 691,655 power. By full-build power Celia ranks 21st of 31. Before star steps, Celia at level 150 stands at 869,706 HP, 10,189 ATK and 7,828 DEF. Celia needs 10 shards to unlock and 975 more for the 50 star steps. Each SSR Hero Omni Shard is worth 1 hero shard. A hero with full stars can join the Hall of Honor, where the honor level goes up to 600.

Celia Skills
Celia has five skills, and four of them take upgrades: a dagger auto attack, a ricochet throw, a double throw and a hunting passive. The fifth is the support skill Tenacity, a flat bonus that opens at star 40. The table lists each effect across skill levels 1 to 40 and the stars that improve it. Every full star takes five steps, so the star numbers are steps. Shared rules for levels and stars are on the heroes list.

Ricochet Blade hits three random targets for 311.22% to 889.2% ATK Physical DMG every 9 seconds, and star 50 lifts the top value to 1,956.24%. Deadly Lotus throws two daggers at two targets for 214.2% to 612% ATK, and it comes back after 5 seconds. Ultimate Hunt raises damage to monsters by 6.15% to 12% and adds 20.5% to 40% to the three resources from Resource and Elite Monsters. With every star upgrade the passive reaches 18% and 60%.
Skill Priority
Four of Celia's skills take Skill Badges. The order below follows the rankings that give one, checked against the numbers in the table.
- Ricochet Blade. It is the largest hit in her kit and it strikes three targets. Stars 10, 30 and 50 add extra damage, and the last step brings the total to 1,956.24%.
- Deadly Lotus. It has the shortest cooldown of her two attack skills, 5 seconds against 9. Stars 15, 35 and 45 take it up to 1,346.4%.
- Ultimate Hunt. Take it when the squad farms monsters, because the bonus never touches fights against players. Stars 20, 45 and 50 raise it in small steps.
- Flying Blade. It needs star 50 for its top value of 297%, so it comes last.
The support skill Tenacity asks for no badges. It needs hero level 30 plus star 40. For the badge price of each level, see the upgrade guide.
Is Celia Worth It
Celia is worth it for the first days of a Warrior account and little after that. The rankings agree on the main point: she fills an empty Support slot at no cost, but she does not scale. One ranking calls her a Support with basic healing and tells players to swap her for Stellar. The skill list does not back the healing part, because none of her five skills heals or shields. Stellar's passive, Final Starlight, is the one that heals the ally with the lowest HP.
Her power agrees with the rankings. Celia has 691,655 power at full build, which puts her last of the 5 Support heroes. Stellar has 695,511, and the three UR Supports have 920,570 each. Another ranking points to the other side of her kit: Celia helps in PvE and in farming resources, which fits Ultimate Hunt.
The video below is a general ranking of free-to-play Warrior heroes, not a Celia guide, but it shows the pool of free Warriors that Celia belongs to.
Celia Build
The build path for Celia is short, because the SSR rarity leaves out both awakening and an exclusive weapon. Her strength rests on three things: the hero level, the stars paid for with Skill Badges, and gear.
- Stars. Five-step upgrades arrive from star 5 up to star 35, and the last two come at 45 and 50. Star 40 is the one to remember, because Tenacity then raises her ATK, HP and DEF by 10 percent, even when she waits on the bench.
- Skill levels. Stars open the levels: star 20 for level 5, star 30 for level 10, star 40 for level 20 and star 50 for level 30.
- Gear. Flat stats from gear stack with both. Check the gear page for the four slots and what each upgrade costs.
Celia vs Claire
Searches often pair Celia with Claire, who is also an SSR Warrior. Claire plays as a damage dealer and Celia as a Support, so the comparison is about which slot your squad lacks.
| Stat | Celia | Claire |
|---|---|---|
| Rarity, faction, role | SSR Warrior Support | SSR Warrior Damage dealer |
| Power at full build | 691,655 | 685,150 |
| Attack interval | 0.5 s | 1 s |
| Strongest skill | Ricochet Blade: 1,956.24% ATK to 3 random targets | Celestial Judgment: 2,266.29% ATK to enemies in range |
| Active skill | Deadly Lotus: 1,346.4% ATK to 2 targets, 5 s | Rain of Arrows: 5 hits of 607.2% ATK each, 5 s |
| Passive | More damage to monsters and more resources from them | The 3 Warriors with the highest ATK deal up to 24% more damage to monsters |
| Tier list rating | B+ in 2 of 4 lists | A in 3 of 5 lists |
Claire's big skill hits harder, and her passive lifts three Warriors instead of the monster drops. Celia's strength is that the Support slot is hard to fill early, and she costs nothing to open. A squad with two damage dealers and no Support should take Celia first. Read the Claire page for her UR form and her own build.
How to Get Celia
Celia asks for no waiting. She is listed on day one of any server, and collecting 10 Celia Shards opens her. Recruitment in the Tavern and event rewards supply the shards. The UR Supports take longer: Harper appears after 20 days of server age. Tickets and Omni Shards are explained step by step on the heroes list.
Best Team for Celia
Celia sits behind the Tanks and beside the damage dealers. Because she is a Warrior, the best squads around her are Warrior-heavy, which earns the faction bonus.
| Squad | Heroes | Good for |
|---|---|---|
| Free Warriors | Celia, Lucius, Sivir, Bella, Hastar | Accounts without UR heroes: four Warriors give a 15 percent bonus |
| UR Warriors | Celia, Arthur, Marlena and two more Warriors | Five Warriors and the full 20 percent bonus |
| Tank wall | Celia, Arthur, Daskal, Billy, Ulfrid | Three Warriors and two Warlocks give 10 percent, with four Tanks in front |
The first squad is the one to start with, and the second is the one to grow into after Arthur and Marlena are built. Compare other squads on the best team page, and swap Celia for Harper when he unlocks.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Celia worth building?
Only as an early Support. Celia gets B+ from 2 of the 4 lists that rank her, with ratings from B to A. She is free from the start of the server and fills the Support slot of a Warrior squad. Her passive adds resources from monsters, but no skill buffs the squad, so stop spending shards once a UR Support is yours.
Which Celia skill should I level first?
Level Ricochet Blade first, because it is her biggest hit at 1,956.24% ATK after all star upgrades. Deadly Lotus comes second with a 5-second cooldown. Take Ultimate Hunt third if you farm monsters. The auto attack Flying Blade and the support skill Tenacity come last, since the first needs star 50 to reach its top value.
How do I get Celia?
Celia is listed from day one, and 10 Celia Shards unlock her. The shards drop from Tavern recruitment and from events. Because no server age is needed, she is one of the first heroes a new account can open. Save shards for one hero at a time, since shards spread across several heroes unlock none of them.
Is Celia or Claire better?
They fill different jobs. Celia is a Support with 691,655 power, and Claire is a damage dealer with 685,150. Claire hits harder, as her Celestial Judgment reaches 2,266.29% ATK against 1,956.24% for Celia's Ricochet Blade. Pick Celia when the Support slot is empty and Claire when the squad lacks damage.
Is Harper or Celia better?
Harper wins once you can use him: 920,570 power at UR rarity, and a flute that lifts ATK across the squad. Celia holds the Support slot until then, since she needs no server age and no premium pack. Afterwards she can sit on the bench, where Tenacity keeps raising ATK, HP and DEF by 10 percent.
