Nicole in Last Asylum: Plague

Published: 2026-10-24

Nicole is a UR Warlock Support, and both popular tier lists that rank her give her A+. She throws fireballs that heal the two weakest allies, burns every enemy with a pillar of fire and lifts the attack of her fellow Warlocks. Nicole is the last UR to unlock, so she is the finishing piece of a Warlock squad and not a hero to build an early account around.

Nicole Stats

A UR hero from the Warlock faction, Nicole fills the support role. Level 1 starts at 3,743 HP, 51 ATK and 37 DEF. Command (CMD), the number of troops the hero leads, starts at 52. At level 150 with all 50 star steps (10 full stars) the same hero reaches 1,565,411 HP, 20,762 ATK and 15,013 DEF, plus 350 CMD. That puts Nicole 12th of 31 heroes in HP, 7th in ATK and 7th in DEF. Of the three, ATK stands highest and HP lowest.

The numbers above come from level and star upgrades alone. In battle the exclusive weapon, awakening, gear, base buildings and Ravens add more, so the full build reaches 920,570 power. By full-build power Nicole ranks 7th of 31. Level 150 on its own, before any star, gives 1,217,588 HP, 16,150 ATK and 11,678 DEF. Nicole needs 10 shards to unlock and 975 more for the 50 star steps. In shard terms, 1 UR Hero Omni Shard equals 1 hero shard. Once a hero has full stars, it can enter the Hall of Honor; the honor level goes up to 600 there.

Nicole Skills

Nicole fights from range with one hit every 0.83 seconds, and even her basic attack heals. Her five skills split into three jobs: fire damage to the whole enemy side, healing for the weakest allies and a bonus for Warlocks. Below, each skill shows its numbers at skill level 1 and again at the maximum, with the stars that upgrade it. Shared rules for stars and skill levels sit in the heroes list.

Inferno Array burns every enemy for 367.5% to 1,050% ATK every 15 seconds, and the upgrades at stars 10 and 30 raise that to 3,150%. Targets that are already Burning take 20.5% to 40% more damage, and star 50 lifts that bonus to 45%. Heartwarming Flame heals the two lowest-HP allies for 80,000 HP plus 27.3% to 78% ATK, which reaches 241.8% with the star upgrades. Flame Soul Power raises the ATK of allied Warlocks by 4.1% to 8%, up to 10%, and stars 20 and 50 add attack speed on top.

Skill Priority

Four of Nicole's skills use Skill Badges, and the rankings that list an order put the healing skill at the front, since a Support wins fights by keeping others alive.

  1. Heartwarming Flame. A 5-second cooldown makes it her most frequent heal. Stars 15, 35 and 45 add 80,000, 150,000 and 250,000 HP per heal, so star 45 is the first big jump for the squad.
  2. Inferno Array. It is the only skill that hits the whole enemy side, and its damage doubles and then triples at stars 10 and 30. It matters most when a squad has a Burning source such as Annie.
  3. Flame Soul Power. It pays off only with several Warlocks, so in a mixed squad it drops below Ember Dust.
  4. Ember Dust. It scales to 747% ATK at the top, but the heal on it is a bonus, not a reason to level it early.

Is Nicole Worth Building

Nicole is worth building in a Warlock squad and not worth it as a lone Support. The two lists that rank her both place her in A+. One of them says she can be almost S tier inside a Warlock squad, and also warns that she arrives late, so a beginner should not plan a whole start around her. That matches the unlock day: the other four UR Warlocks are all in the hero list by day 83, and Nicole follows on day 97.

What sets her apart from the other UR Supports is that she heals two allies and damages the whole enemy side with the same hero. Harper adds attack to everyone but does not heal, and Bell heals one ally. The video below ranks five UR heroes, which gives context for where a late Support like Nicole sits among them.

Mixed squads can still use her, but the case is weaker. Without Warlocks, Flame Soul Power has nobody to buff, and the squad loses the faction bonus that four or five Warlocks give.

Awakening and Exclusive Item

As a UR hero Nicole has two upgrade tracks beyond stars: awakening and an exclusive item, the Flame Cloak. Awakening is a long track of 40 levels that eat 2,870 Awaken Shards, and the bonuses for each level will appear when her awakening window opens in Era of Revival. Her skills stay as they are. The awakening page explains Awaken Omni Shards and the events that push them.

The Flame Cloak unlocks with 30 shards and then needs 975 more to reach star 50. Its stats arrive in steps of ten stars.

Flame Cloak starHPATKDEF

40870,0005,9005,900
501,251,0008,7508,750

The last ten stars add the most, 381,000 HP between star 40 and star 50. Her regular armor and boots work beside the Flame Cloak, and the gear page covers all four slots.

How to Get Nicole

The hero list shows Nicole once the server is 97 days old, and 10 Nicole Shards unlock her. She is the last UR to join the list, and the other UR Warlocks arrive earlier: Joker on day 13, Annie on day 13, Ulfrid on day 41, Billy on day 83. How recruit tickets and the guaranteed UR shards work is explained once, in the heroes list.

Best Team for Nicole

Nicole stands in the back row and keeps the front alive while fire damage does the work. A full Warlock squad gives 20 percent more health, attack and defense, and four Warlocks give 15 percent.

SquadHeroesGood for
Warlock squadUlfrid, Billy, Nicole, Annie, JokerThe full 20 percent faction bonus, with her passive on all four allies
Four Warlocks and ArthurArthur, Billy, Ulfrid, Nicole, AnnieArthur in front for 15 percent faction bonus and a strong Tank line
Warrior core with NicoleArthur, Daskal, Harper, Billy, NicoleThree Warriors and two Warlocks for a 10 percent bonus, mostly for the healing

The Warlock squad leans on Burning: Annie sets targets on fire, and Nicole's top skill hits them harder. Nicole takes the healer slot in these squads, and Joker is the pick when you want more kill speed in her place. The best team page lists lineups for other modes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Nicole worth building?

Yes, if you plan a Warlock squad. Both popular tier lists that rank her give A+, and one of them calls her close to S tier inside a Warlock squad. She heals two allies, damages every enemy and raises the ATK of every Warlock. Outside a Warlock squad her passive does little, so she is not a first UR.

Which Nicole skill should I level first?

Level Heartwarming Flame first, then Inferno Array, then Flame Soul Power. Heartwarming Flame recharges every 5 seconds and heals the two lowest-HP allies, so it keeps the squad alive between waves. Leave Ember Dust and Tenacity for the end, because the support skill takes no badges at all.

When does Nicole unlock?

Nicole appears once the server is 97 days old, the latest of all UR heroes, and she unlocks with 10 Nicole Shards. She does not appear in the hero list before that day. Plan her as a late addition: Annie and Joker appear on day 13, Ulfrid on day 41 and Billy on day 83.

Does Nicole need a Warlock squad?

Yes, that is where she works best. Flame Soul Power adds ATK only to allied Warlocks, up to 10%, and four or five Warlocks also give the squad a 15 or 20 percent faction bonus. Her heals and fire damage still work in a mixed squad, but the passive and the bonus are lost, so another Support such as Harper may serve you better there.

What does Nicole awakening give?

Full awakening costs 2,870 Awaken Shards over 40 levels. The bonuses for each level will appear when her awakening window opens in Era of Revival. No skill changes, so stars remain the better first spend and awakening makes sense later.
