Bell in Last Asylum: Plague
Bell is a UR Ranger Support, and the lists that cover her put her in A+ (2 of 2 agree). She rings a bell to heal the weakest ally, raises the attack of the strongest ones and adds attack to every Ranger on the team. Do not mix her up with Bella, the SSR Warrior Tank. Bell unlocks once the server is 69 days old and suits squads built around Rangers.
Bell Stats
Bell is a UR Ranger support hero. Bell begins at level 1 with 3,743 HP, 51 ATK and 37 DEF, plus 52 Command (CMD), the troops the hero leads. With level 150 and 50 star steps (10 full stars) done, Bell climbs to 1,565,411 HP, 20,762 ATK and 15,013 DEF, with 350 CMD. Ranked among all 31 heroes, Bell is 12th in HP, 7th in ATK and 7th in DEF. ATK is the best of the three and HP the lowest.
Only level and star upgrades are counted in the table. Base buildings, Ravens, gear, awakening and the exclusive weapon come on top in battle, which lifts the full build to 920,570 power. In power at full build, Bell is 7th of 31. Without a single star, level 150 alone already gives 1,217,588 HP, 16,150 ATK and 11,678 DEF. Unlocking Bell takes 10 shards, the 50 star steps take 975 more. Each UR Hero Omni Shard is worth 1 hero shard. A hero with full stars can join the Hall of Honor, where the honor level goes up to 600.

Bell Skills
Bell attacks from range, one note every 0.83 seconds. Her kit has a Physical DMG note, an attack buff for allies, a heal, a passive for Rangers and a support skill. Bell's table runs through all five skills across levels 1 to 40, with the star step that upgrades each. Each star number is one step, and a full star takes five. The common rules for shards and levels are kept on the heroes list, so this page skips them.

Inspiration recharges every 14 seconds and raises the ATK of the 2 highest-ATK allies by 25.63% to 50% for 5 seconds. Star 10 adds 5 percent, star 30 adds 2 seconds, and a third target arrives at star 50. With all steps the top value is 55%. Healing Sound heals the lowest-HP ally for 63% to 180% ATK, up to 540%. Battle Anthem adds 6.15% to 12% ATK to every allied Ranger and reaches 18%.
Skill Priority
Four of Bell's skills accept badges. For a Support, this order works best.
- Healing Sound. A 5 second cooldown keeps the heal coming, and it gains power at stars 15, 35 and 45. The heal reaches 540% only at star 45, so it is weak before then.
- Inspiration. It buffs the heroes that deal the damage, and it improves at stars 10, 30 and 50.
- Battle Anthem. Only Rangers receive the bonus, so it pays off in squads with three or more of them. Three steps (stars 20, 45 and 50) strengthen it.
- Musical Note. It is a basic attack, and spending badges here helps the least.
A Support still waits on stars to open skill levels, 20 for the first and 30 for the second. Badge prices are listed in the upgrade guide.
Bell Build and Gear
A Support gets the most from stars, because the heal and the buff both gain steps from them. Her skills open in order: Inspiration at hero level 5, Healing Sound at level 10 and Battle Anthem at level 20, while Tenacity waits for hero level 30 and star 40. Her heal is a percentage of ATK, so the ATK she gains from stars, gear and the weapon makes every heal larger even though she is not a damage dealer. The gear page covers the four gear slots. Her exclusive weapon is Tiny Drum. The drum opens with 30 weapon shards, the next 975 carry it to star 50, and it adds stats only. Awakening spends 2,870 Awaken Shards over 40 levels, her skills stay as they are, and the bonuses for each level will appear when her awakening window opens in Era of Revival.
The video below ranks the top UR heroes and covers several of them at once, so it places Bell next to other URs and does not focus on her alone.
| Tiny Drum star | HP | ATK | DEF |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 | 156,000 | 1,040 | 1,040 |
| 20 | 336,000 | 2,240 | 2,240 |
| 30 | 569,000 | 3,810 | 3,810 |
| 40 | 870,000 | 5,900 | 5,900 |
| 50 | 1,251,000 | 8,750 | 8,750 |
How to Get Bell
Bell reaches the hero list on server day 69, and 10 Bell Shards unlock her. She is the second latest of the three UR Supports: Harper comes on day 20 and Nicole on day 97. She is also the last of the 5 UR Rangers to arrive, after Red Lady, Cynthia, Shadow, Louis. The heroes list has a section on tickets, pity and Omni Shards.
Bell or Bella
The names are one letter apart, and the heroes are completely different. The table keeps them apart.
| Stat | Bell | Bella |
|---|---|---|
| Rarity, faction, role | UR Ranger Support | SSR Warrior Tank |
| Power at full build | 920,570 | 773,500 |
| Main job | Heals the lowest-HP ally and raises ATK | Lowers monster damage and weakens enemy attack |
| Strongest skill | Inspiration: ATK of the strongest allies up by 55% | Bloody Requiem: 2,886.84% ATK damage to enemies in range |
| Unlocks | Once the server is 69 days old | Available from the start |
Read the Bella page if you meant the free Tank who stands in for Arthur. This page covers only the UR Support.
Bell vs Harper and Nicole
Three UR Support heroes share the same power, 920,570, and split by faction. The table shows what each one does.
| Stat | Bell | Harper | Nicole |
|---|---|---|---|
| Faction | Ranger | Warrior | Warlock |
| Unlocks | 69 days | 20 days | 97 days |
| Attack buff | Inspiration: 55% for the 3 strongest allies | War Flute Sound: 34.5% for all allies | Only through the Warlock passive |
| Heal or cover | Healing Sound: 540% ATK to the lowest-HP ally | Vitality Bubble: damage taken down by 20% | Heartwarming Flame: heals the 2 lowest-HP allies for 80k plus 241.8% ATK |
| Passive | Rangers: ATK up by 18% | Warriors: ATK up by 18% | Warlocks: ATK up by 10% |
| Tier list rating | A+ in 2 of 2 lists | S in 2 of 3 lists | A+ in 2 of 2 lists |
Bell buffs a few heroes harder, and Harper buffs the whole squad. Bell heals the weakest ally for a large amount, and Nicole heals two allies. Pick the Support from the faction you build, and use the table to see which one gives the most to a squad of that faction.
Best Team for Bell
Bell stands in the middle or back row, behind the Tanks. Her passive pays off only when the squad holds several Rangers.
| Squad | Heroes | Good for |
|---|---|---|
| Ranger squad | Shadow, Louis, Bell, Red Lady, Cynthia | The full 20 percent faction bonus, with the passive reaching every hero |
| Arthur and Rangers | Arthur, Louis, Red Lady, Ulfrid, Bell | A mixed squad with a 5 percent bonus and a solid front |
| Warlock mix | Arthur, Billy, Ulfrid, Annie, Bell | An account with Warlock Tanks that needs a heal |
In the full Ranger squad, Shadow and Louis hold the front, and Red Lady, Bell and Cynthia stand behind them. The squad costs more and opens up later, so most accounts reach it after the Warrior core. More squads sit in the best team section. For a rating of each partner, open the tier list.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Bell the same hero as Bella?
No. Bell is a UR Ranger Support with 920,570 power, and Bella is an SSR Warrior Tank with 773,500. Bella is available from the start and soaks up damage, while Bell unlocks once the server is 69 days old and heals and buffs allies. Their names differ by one letter, so check the rarity and role on the hero card.
Is Bell worth building?
Bell is worth it for a Ranger squad, and lists put her in A+. Her passive raises the ATK of every Ranger by up to 18%, which a Warrior core does not use. Harper sits in S and fills the Support slot of most squads, so Bell comes after him unless you run several Rangers.
How do I get Bell?
Bell enters the hero list on server day 69, and 10 Bell Shards unlock her. She is one of the later Support heroes, since Harper arrives on day 20 and Nicole on day 97. A 50th recruit pull always yields 10 UR shards through pity, and split piles open nobody, so aim them at one target.
Which Bell skill should I level first?
Level Healing Sound first, then Inspiration, then Battle Anthem. Healing Sound heals the lowest-HP ally every 5 seconds and reaches 540% ATK at the top. Inspiration comes second because it buffs the damage dealers. The auto attack Musical Note and the support skill go last.
Is Bell or Harper better?
They suit different squads. Harper raises the ATK of all five heroes by up to 34.5% and favors Warriors. Bell raises the ATK of the 3 strongest allies by up to 55%, heals the weakest ally and favors Rangers. Lists give Harper S and Bell A+, so Harper is the default and Bell is the Ranger choice.
